Reader Promise
The Mental Load Project is committed to creating space, tools and conversations that reflect the diversity of modern families.
Every caregiver deserves systems that support them, not expectations that exhaust them.
We see complexity and we name it.
Reality is layered, let’s speak honestly about that.
Through honest writing, practical systems and shared experience the goal here is to name, examine, and reduce the invisible labor carried by mothers, caregivers, and partners in all family structures and households.
It is not our goal to be reactive, moralizing or preachy.
This content is not a productivity coach or a domestic organizer.
We are here to find relief with out shame.
We are not here to pontificate “relatable mommy content.”
We are here to create a depth of clarity with out drama or polarizing statements.
We want workable systems that are flexible and cohesive for all caretakers.
If you’re here, you don’t need fixing.
You need language, clarity, and permissions to stop carrying what never should have been yours alone to carry.
